What file formats are provided for digital embroidery designs?
We provide all major industry formats including PES, DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, VIP, VP3, and XXX to ensure compatibility with your specific machine.
How do I download my designs after purchase?
Once your payment is processed, you will receive an email with a download link. You can also access your files anytime through the 'Order History' section of your account.
Can I resize the designs I purchase?
While you can resize designs using embroidery software, we recommend staying within 10-20% of the original size to maintain stitch density and quality.
What is your return policy for digital products?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you experience a technical issue with a file, please contact our support team for a replacement.
Do you offer physical shipping for thread or stabilizers?
Yes, physical supplies are shipped via standard ground shipping within 3-5 business days. Tracking information will be provided once your package leaves our warehouse.
Are your designs licensed for commercial use?
Yes, all our designs include a limited commercial license which allows you to stitch the designs onto items for sale. Mass production and reselling the digital files is strictly prohibited.
